In small baby steps, Zoe became self-proprietor of two small business operations since 2008 of A La Carte Massage and The Hidden Art Gallery.

From a young age she had an instict for playfulness, engaged in sports, and dulged in art drawing and painting. Most recently she became certified as a life transformational mind coach, however she's been on the spiritual path for a long time over, 19 years. She's has tanacity to follow her heart and has taken interest in her own life, to learn and heal herself with herbal studies, reflexology, meditation and teaching watercolor with meditation techniques. She up-holds leadership in her own right to a multi massage establishment and operates as sole proprietor.

Zoe attended 6 years of art school in graphic design and is an English Literature graduate. She's discovered that life requires constant vigilance in self-care focus on internal work prior to helping others. She's been on a spiritual journey as of 2001, taking steps to transform her own life, through creativity, facing life, facing fear, removing blockages by embracing her strengths, and her weaknesses with grace, finding truth, following her heart, listening to her instincts and a dosage of self-love, with the courage to take action.

Zoe is self-motivated and authentic, with a natural abundant, creative mind, to help motivate and teach others. She thrives on the work to direct people to find their way to embrace a better quality of life, with instictual and spiritual guidance filled with inspiration.

Even the most experienced minds, need a little help from time to time, and it makes sense to take helps from the people who have succeeded, and are not afraid to fail, and who have done this work before us. We can walk with confidence and allow others to help us. There are times when we feel like there's no one that can help us or there's no way to turn. That's just not true, no matter what, we can get help, because there's a way out and there are solutions inside of us. Maybe we don't have all the answers and we don't always get what we want, however it's the journey, the actions we take and it's not just the experinces that makes us who we are today, but it's truly what we believe in action.
